Not the worst game. Offense still looked solid, but sadly Kay just could not handle the D-Backs tonight. This was very much like last nights game but for the D-Backs this time. Still have a good chance to take the series tomorrow with Martin on the mound. Mune is incredible!

The offense has repeatedly shown it is more than capable of scoring a shit ton of runs. The flip side unfortunately is we don’t have a pitching staff that can support what could potentially be an absolutely powerhouse offense. Hopefully the pitching will come around but I don’t think the front office should sit back and hope for a happy ending.

Are you not remebering like just a week ago when we had like 6 games ina row where the pitching was shut down and offense was dead? I hope our guys are clicking now and that was just bad weather blues or something… But getting all facets to work at the same time is always the goal.

Oh I remember. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the bats woke up with warmer weather as well as playing in warm weather states. It’s just maddening that the bullpen especially can’t seem to even get a basic 1-2-3 inning.

If the batting shows up, pitching will be ass. But during that stretch where we cpuldn’t hit, the pitching was stellar.

Right now we can’t do both at once and that is the missing piece.
