Yea Jered weaver started right? I can’t remember if he went all 8, but didn’t get credit for the no hitter anyway cause the Dodgers won and thus didn’t bat in the bottom of the 9th so wasn’t a full game.

All this talk about a no-hitter is triggering me back to last August when the bullpen demolished Yoshi’s ninth inning one-hitter followed by a botched combined no-hitter the following night.

That was the absolute low point of last season lol
However, its interesting looking back because I strongly believe that was the turning point where Dave decided he was gonna ride or die with the starters, particularly Yama, when it came down to it in the playoffs.
Not entirely sure Yama’s world series performance happens without that guy punch earlier in the season in Baltimore.

I remember all the talk after that that the team couldn’t possibly overcome this experience and the season was cooked. Then they immediately got hot and ended up winning the world series. Which goes to show that psychology and “momentum” dont mean shit in professional sports, as much as people focus on those things.
