野球の試合が行われた。ドジャースの打者たちもプレーしていたと思う。あるいはそうじゃないかも。大谷が打席に立っていたのを見たから、きっとプレーしていたんだろう。
それはそうと、マックスが無事だといいんだが。彼は今年オールスター級の活躍をしているし、7月の球宴にふさわしい選手だ。このチームには彼が絶対に必要だよ。

But yeah, I hope Max is alright. He’s playing like an all star this year and he deserves to be at the ASG in July. This team absolutely needs him too.

ロブレスキーの1回がこの試合のどん底だと思っていたら、打線が9イニング丸ごとクソみたいな内容を見せてくれた上に、マンシーの怪我までついてきた。

I thought Wrobo’s 1st inning would be the lowest point of the game and then the offense gave us 9 entire innings of dogshit plus a Muncy injury.

打線はチャンスメイクに関してはスランプ知らずだ。チャンスは作れているからこそOPSはMLB1位なんだ。でも、このチームは得点圏での打撃が明らかに力不足だよ。

The offense never slumps in setting the table. They get their chances hence the #1 OPS in baseball. But this team is flat out not good enough with RISP

Just curious what is their policy of using ABS challenges. I am pretty sure you don’t get a third challenge by keeping your two challenges and your unused challenges don’t save to next game. They just completely refuse to challenge before the 6th inning or something.

Despite the talent on this team, down by a lot of runs along with this “Anti-Manufacture Runs” offense, who continues to swing for the fences to fly out/pop out/strike out, and goose eggs with RISP, is not a receipe for winning.

正直に言うと、1回の惨劇の後に観戦をやめてメガスレッドを追うだけにした。
それでも試合はさらに失望させてくれる。あの死球の様子だとマンシーは今季絶望だろうからね。間違っていたと証明されたら最高なんだけど。

Being bluntly honest, I checked out watching after that 1st inning disaster and was just following the megathread.
Somehow the fucking game still finds a way to disappoint me further because Muncy’s probably out of the season now with how that HBP ended up looking. I’d be elated to be proven wrong.

マンシーの勝負所での打撃について、相手のスカウティングは完璧だ。反対側のコーナーを突けば彼が手を出してくる…まさにマンシーの弱点を突く球が勝負所で来ている。だから復帰してリハビリする時は、相手に報復できるように取り組む必要があるね。
そして…怪我につながった死球も無得点に終わった。最悪だ。
ひどい試合だったけど、ブルペンは主力を使わずに抑えたし、ロブレスキーも初回以降は踏ん張った。

Scouting on Henderson seemed way off. But the vets locked in eventually and drove up his pitching.

The clutch situations for Muncy to hit, their scouting and other teams seem to be spot on, paint/sweep the opposite corner and he will reach for it.. just the right pitches in clutch spots that happened to be Muncy’s. So when he comes back and rehabs they need to work on making them pay for that.
Then… an injury causing HBP that also led to nothing. Hate that.
Just brutal but the pen with no big leverage arm used held as did Wrobo after the first inning disaster.
Win the series starting tomorrow.

I think Roberts lineup construction is part of the offensive problem. This team is just not jelling as a single hitting machine consistently enough for such high talent.
